The rancher

Meet Morgan

The best beef comes from the best ranch, and Morgan knows the business of ranching inside and out.

Morgan is 15, and she does the real work at Flying Spur Ranch. She raises the cattle, sees them through processing, and sells the beef. Her parents are right beside her, teaching her the trade one season at a time.

She raises and processes only a handful of cattle at a time, so every animal gets her full attention and every cut is one she's proud of. When you pick up your order, there's a good chance she's the one handing it to you.
