Whole

Take-home beef:
About 400 to 500 lbs
Freezer space:
16 to 20 cu. ft.

Example order

  • 24 to 32 ribeye & strip steaks
  • 16 to 24 sirloin & T-bone steaks
  • 16 to 20 roasts
  • 180 to 220 lbs ground beef
  • Whole brisket, stew meat, short ribs & soup bones

For big families, or split it with friends and neighbors. Plan on a dedicated chest freezer.

Pounds are estimates. Every animal is a little different, and your take-home weight depends on the cuts you choose. Example orders are a typical mix; more steaks means less ground beef, and the other way around. Pricing is shared when we confirm your order.
